The Clearing Folk School in Ellison Bay fundraising golf event had breezy and partly sunny conditions to enjoy during its Play ‘Fore!’ The Clearing Golf Outing. The golfers enjoyed a nine-hole scramble event preceded by a chili supper the night before, and picnic fare after the event at Maxwelton Braes Golf Resort. A challenging putting contest provided the entertainment prior to the main golf event. A very special thank you goes to all of the participants, volunteers and staff at Maxwelton Braes for making the event a successful fundraiser in support of The Clearing’s mission.
